All live parrots and chicks are transported exclusively through approved airlines with certified Pet Safe Programs. We do not ship live birds through postal services.

On the day of shipment, your bird will be carefully transported from our aviary to the airport. Once checked in, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking updates throughout the journey until safe arrival.
For customers requesting home delivery, someone must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.

Fertile eggs are professionally packaged using protective foam cushioning and secure insulated containers to minimize movement and maximize safety during transit. Every package is carefully prepared to help ensure safe arrival.

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order immediately upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any concerns regarding the condition of the shipment.
Due to the nature of live animal shipping, all sales are final once shipped. No returns are accepted.
In the rare event of a confirmed loss during transport, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we may offer a one-time replacement or refund for the pet only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
